Megan Cowie - PhD Student

I am part of the Ultrafast AFM experiment in the Grutter group at McGill. I study the electrostatics and dynamics (e.g. exciton states and nonlinear optical responses) of optoelectronic systems. In particular, I am interested in fundamental comparisons between inorganic and organic semiconductors.

In my free time I enjoy playing piano, clarinet, and ukulele, running, and traveling. I am also a mom to two bunnies: Prince Richard and Daisy.
