I am interested in the energy spectra and charge stability diagrams of Quantum Dots (QDs). I use Low Temperature AFMs to measure single-electron charging events on Solid State QDs. I am also interested in the instrumentation itself: I am about to finish the construction of a new Low Temperature AFM.

I joined the group after 4 years of teaching Physics and Electrical Engineering at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

Outside of the lab, I am a parent, I enjoy cooking, chess, I play the clarinet and grow plants in my kitchen.
